Returns/Exchange Policies

I do not do returns nor do I do exchanges once you've received your order. If you have documentation that the item was damaged upon arrival however I will replace it free of cost.

Shipping Rates Info

US Domestic: First-class parcel shipping below 1 LB is about $3. So if you're ordering 1 charm or 10 charms they'll be roughly the same price.

International shipping: I've shipped many international things and whether I'm shipping just across the border or across the world they end up being about $14. This has also not changed whether I'm shipping something very small or a large padded envelope. So whether you're ordering 1 charm or a whole merchandise pack, it ends up costing the same, so I'd recommend ordering a bundle merch pack if possible or going in with your friends on merch orders!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks (usually 4-6).

Please let me know when you've received your order though (especially international)! I love seeing when people get their things and also being able to confirm it got to you! (tweeting @awkwardpandahat works the best!)

I didn't receive my package! Can you do something?

If you order was lost in the mailstream I will replace it if it was $20 and below. Otherwise for purchases that are over $20 will receive a refund.

If I am out of stock of the items you ordered and they got lost I will refund the cost also (this is all depending on my current stock levels and on a case by case basis so please contact me about these issues).

Please also verify that your address is correct when you place an order! I am not responsible for a package getting delivered to the wrong address if that was the one I was given so please double check this!

My charm broke! Can you do something?

I do not replace charms themselves. If the accessories (extra attachments, lanyards, etc.) breaks I am willing to replace those and even send extras! I do some serious quality control on every single charm I sell, but I cannot control wear and tear once they are out of my hands. Just please contact me about this if you'd like any replacements on accessories.

If you find me at a convention I will also replace them and even attach them for you for free! Just ask me if you see me.
