5 out of 5 starsI love everything I got. the mask is a little bit small on me to use for Dr visits but it's perfect for cosplay. I wear my bracelets every day and one of my necklaces when we go out. Will buy again when I have the money to.

Frequently asked questions
Why does my acrylic charm look scratched?
Charms are made with a very thin clear plastic film stuck on both sides of the acrylic that is meant to protect the surface during shipping. If your charm looks scratched, that means the plastic did its job. It's meant to be peeled off optionally, but can be hard to see until you pick at the edges.
When will my package ship?
You can check the processing time and estimated delivery date on individual items. I try to update the processing times for my items to accurately reflect my workload and schedule. I can sometimes get items shipped before the ship-by date, but you should plan for them to be shipped toward the end of the window just incase, especially for pillows since I cut, sew, and stuff them all myself. The delivery time from when I drop your package off at the post office and when it gets delivered to you can vary, mostly based on how close or far you are to New York City where I ship from. If you need guaranteed faster shipping, you can upgrade to priority mail when you check out.
When will [product] be back in stock?
You can click "Let me know when it's back" on an item's page to get an email when it's back in stock. If an item is unavailable, you can send me a message and I may be able to help you out.
I ordered from you a month ago, why haven't you sent any updates?
I generally will only send an update if there's something out of the ordinary going on or if you request one. If you want to know the status of your order, you can send me a message, but keep in mind that too many messages can slow down my workflow. If you put in a custom order recently, it's likely that I may not have even started on the artwork yet, since I usually have a queue of at least 10 to finish ahead of yours. The processing times you see when you order are accurate, I generally won't be able to ship the order any sooner than what's advertised.
Why does it take so long to make custom pillows?
-I have a queue of multiple orders.
-I have to make the artwork, order fabric and wait for it to come, cut the fabric, sew it, notch the seams, stuff it, sew it closed again, clean it, print and cut shipping labels, package it, and walk to the post office to ship it.
Why are some items missing from my package?
If you order multiple items, in many cases they will ship in multiple packages. This is because some items are shipped from home, and others directly from the printers. Shipping is only charged once. Usually I will send a notice if items are being delivered separately, but I might miss some. If you are missing items, please contact me so I can check that everything is being shipped properly.
