My goal as an artist and businesswoman is to offer a high quality product at a fair price, provide a hassle free purchasing experience, and make a new friend in the process. To that end, my shop policies are as follows:

*90-DAY WARRANTY*
I make every effort to ensure a durable product, but we're all human and accidents can happen. To ensure complete customer satisfaction, I offer a 90-day warranty on all of my work. If anything goes wrong within 90 days of purchase, the repair is FREE, less shipping to return the item to me. Anything beyond 90 days can be repaired, but for an additional charge. All items over $100 include a complimentary 1 year warranty and items over $300 are covered for life.

*REFUND POLICY*
As an emerging artist working diligently to get my business off the ground, the funds from your purchase are quickly reinvested into the business. Therefore I do not currently accept returns or offer refunds on purchases made. Please contact me for more info if this is something that concerns you.

If there is any problem whatsoever with the workmanship of your purchase, I will gladly repair it at no charge or offer an even exchange for the same item or similar item if the same item cannot be remade.
Payment
*PAYMENT*
Immediate payment is due after purchase. If you do not have a PayPal account, please choose *Pay with PayPal* at checkout and follow instructions for credit card payment.
Shipping
PLEASE make sure your PayPal address is accurate and current! This is the address that your order will ship to.

*SHIPPING & HANDLING*
I hate to wait and I know you do too. Item will ship in a simple gift box within 1 business day of purchase by USPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Priority Mail can be requested for an additional $3.

*INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS*
I love my international customers! To keep your shipping costs affordable, your order will ship by US Postal Service mail which does not include tracking or insurance, therefore I can provide proof of mailing but I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. If your purchase is high value I will drop you a line to see if you would like to upgrade to International Express where tracking and insurance is an option. Please be aware that all duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping costs of the listing.

*INSURANCE*
If you would like insurance on your purchase please contact me prior to submitting payment for an updated total. Complementary insurance is included on all purchases totaling over $150.

*TURNAROUND TIME*
Turnaround time for made to order items is specified in the individual listing. Special requests for hard to find stones not included in my descriptions may take a tiny bit longer, please contact me for a specific time frame. Bespoke/commissioned work is on an individual basis and will vary depending on the item being commissioned, please contact me for details.

*SIZING AND RESIZING*
Please oh please oh please help me stay sane by providing accurate sizing information. If you're even the smallest bit unsure of your size please checkout with the ring of your choice and include "Send me a sizer" in your notes to seller. I'll be glad to send you a disposable ring sizer at no charge and begin work on your ring as soon as you let me know your size. If this is not done and a ring must be resized there will be a 20% restocking fee to cover my time and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please be aware that some rings cannot be resized; please convo me with questions or concerns.
