Payment
Please be vigilant about checking your email. If orders are incomplete, I will email for clarification. Orders will be canceled if no response and/or payment is received within Three (3) days.
Shipping
Most items in my shop are in stock and ready to ship. I try my best to ship within 48 hours of order/payment. I will contact you when your order has been shipped.
LOCAL: If you live in West Michigan, you might be able to pick up your order. Contact me for more information. You may purchase with the coupon code: HAND2ME
SDK designs ships (domestic US) USPS with tracking/delivery confirmation. I choose whichever shipping is cheapest. If you'd like to request a particular shipping method (perhaps you need it quickly), contact me so that I can adjust your shipping charges. Packages are packaged, labeled and shipped carefully, but USPS has been known to occasionally loose/damage packages. SDKdesigns claims no responsiblity for packages that are lost or damaged after they are turned over to USPS (even it it had tracking) unless insurance has been purchased.
INSURANCE: It is a good idea to purchase insurance. Tracking/delivery confirmation is not the same as insurance. Insurance is not included in stated shipping, but may be purchased for an additional fee. I can insure domestic packages of any weight. However, International packages must weigh over 4 lbs. in order to ship with insurance. If you are not sure of your order weight, please contact me and I will let you know. Insurance may not be available to all countries.
FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE the USA:
If the item you would like to purchase does not have shipping listed for your country, please contact me. I'd be happy to work with you.
For most orders I ship USPS First Class International Mail. There is NO delivery confirmation/tracking/insurance for first class international orders. I make, package, label, ship your order, but I can not take responsbility for delivery by the postal system. If your package is lost/damaged or customs or immigration seizes the item, unfortunately, there is nothing I can do. If insurance has been purchased, claims will be paid at the actual value of the package. The cost of the insurance is non-refundable. THERE IS A CHANCE THAT YOU MAY BE CHARGED DUTY/TAX ON YOUR ITEM. THESE CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
