At Simply Designed, orders are created and sent out within 1-2 weeks, depending on the nature of the product.
Custom orders are welcomed! Feel free to convo me with your needs and will make every effort to create a beautiful piece for you.
We accept Paypal or personal check. If using a check, items will be shipped upon clearance of check.
All shipping is through USPS or USPS Priority Mail depending on the weight and size of your order. Please feel free to contact me with special requests for shipping or packaging! We will also offer rush shipping for additional fees.
Please check your etsy settings to make sure your mailing address is current. All orders will be shipped to the address associated with your account, unless noted otherwise.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please let us know if you are not satisfied with your item and we will work with you to be sure that you are happy with your purchase. Please contact me within 60 days of receiving your purchase and I will offer a refund or exchange. Cards must still be in original packaging and unused. Custom orders, unfortunately, can not be returned due to the personalization of the item, but we will work with you if it has been lost or damaged in shipping.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Are not refundable once on press or in production. Prior to purchase we do not offer proofs or mock-ups. If you are unhappy with the electronic proof (prior to us going to press or into production) and would like a refund, 35% of the overall job cost will be non-refundable, we will be more than happy to refund the remaining cost.
