I should note that if you keep these on a balcony that’s in a wind tunnel…you probably shouldn’t. After the wind knocked my (sold-out) pot over, I was pretty devastated. I *love* the Riley pots and they’ve made me fall more in love with my plants. Luckily, after reaching out to the shop owner, they were able to reserve me a set which had me over the moon happy. Thanks a million for the great service and beautiful pots 💖

Shipping
Kindly allow up to 7 business days to process your order prior to our 2-3 day USPS Priority shipping.
Please send us a message if you need the item sooner. We will do our best to have it delivered by the requested date.
Winter weather: if you are purchasing a plant with your order and your temperatures are below 35 degrees. Please make sure to have someone available to accept the package, deliver it to a workplace, apartment office etc. We package our items very well and ship them 2-3 day priority to reduce transit time but it is best to not have them sitting in the cold for too long once they have been delivered.
Care instructions
Detailed care instructions will be included with each plant purchase. Quick care guide: Air plants need bright, indirect light and a water soak once a week.
Sizing details
Please make sure to review the item description for our planter size details.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders are nicely packaged with tissue paper and kraft krinkle paper. Additional gift boxes are available for smaller items such as our wood planter pods and geometric planters. Please see our shop listings.
Please leave us a message in the "note to seller" section upon checkout if you are purchasing a gift to ship directly to the gift recipient. We will include a personalized card with your gift message.
