Announcement    Please note that due to demand and labor, my processing time is currently ***5-9 weeks*** Each candle I make is extremely intricate, time consuming, and most take half a day to an entire day to complete. I do NOT offer refunds or cancelations unless they are requested immediately after an order is placed, within 24 hours. When an order comes in, I place an order for supplies and dyes for your order within a few days, so again, I do not offer refunds unless requested within 24 hours of placing your order. I of course do offer refunds/replacements though if you do not receive your item at all or it comes in damaged.

If you placed an order as a Christmas gift, only marking it as a gift will not ensure it will arrive to you before Christmas if your order is not scheduled to ship until after Christmas, per the listed processing times. Please message me directly or leave a note with your order stating that this is a Christmas gift. The same applies for my holiday style candles. I cannot offer refunds or cancelations on these orders.

***USPS DELAYS***

USPS has been experiencing significant delays unlike anything I have ever seen, due to COVID-19 as well as holiday demand, alongside rarely scanning any packages until they reach their delivery location, causing packages to not show up in the system until they reach their destination. A lot of packages are not even being marked as delivered once they are delivered I have seen many 2-day priority packages take 1-2 weeks to be delivered after I take them to the post office.

I am not responsible for delays after packages leave my hands. If you would like an update on your package if it looks like it has not moved or it hasn't scanned, please send me a message and I will be more than happy to file a "where is my package" claim for you, though a majority of these have also gone unanswered due to how thin employees are right now.

I know how frustrating this can be and I thank you for your patience during these difficult times. It means everything and I hope you and your loved ones are safe and well.

SIZING: Please note that when ordering, all candle sizes are listed by height and then width unless otherwise stated under the listing. For example, a candle listed at 6x3 means the height is 6 inches tall and the width is 3 inches wide.

Please also note that all colors have the possibility to appear differently in person, on a phone, laptop screen, desktop, tablet, through a camera lens, etc. I do my best to match the colors in the photo, but different lighting and devices will almost always display slight variations of colors. I have noticed that this occurs mostly with blues and greens.

What if my item comes damaged?

Candles are very delicate goods, and while I take all precautions to ensure proper packaging and protection during shipping, the travel in between is unfortunately never guaranteed. If your candle arrives damaged, I will be more than happy to replace it as soon as possible, at no cost to you. Please message me along with photographs of your damaged candle, and I will amend the issue.
