I am so glad you liked the card. I hope you enjoyed the additional free card I included as well. I am surprised your order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. I shipped it just a few days after receiving your order. My only explanation would be that we are living through a global pandemic and not only are USPS and all major shipping outlets overwhelmed with the volume of deliveries they are making, hundreds of thousands of people have fallen ill in the US and there could have been delays due to COVID-19 under-staffing. I hope that you use the cards to send a loving and uplifting message to someone you love, as we can all use more compassion and understanding at this harrowing time for our country, economy, delivery workers and essential personnel, and less people spending time giving small businesses 3 star reviews.

Additionally, the care the seller took in packaging really made this interaction extra special. From the beautiful sea-themed postage on the rustic package in which the card arrived (matching the shop's name of SeaHeartCityPress), to the floss tie, to the bonus card included...the experience was really special. 5 out of 5 starsThese cards are lovely and they were packaged so beautifully in the mail that I thought someone sent me a surprise gift! The shop owner wrote in sparkly pink pen on the outside (awesome!) and tied my cards up with cute twine. AND there was a surprise card waiting for me inside the package, too. Just for fun- I love it! My cards were shipped super fast after I ordered them and they're absolutely beautiful. Major care was taken with packaging so they arrived perfectly with no damage or bending. I will definitely order from this shop again- thank you! :)
