Announcement    Seahorse Bend Press is a boutique paper design studio specializing in bespoke wedding collections, letterpress printing, and graphic design for wedding suites and stationery. We are a full service studio offering guest addressing, watercolor venues and maps, vintage postage and wax seals.

Located in the sunny suburbs of Houston, Texas, we work with delightful couples around the world and are able to set up multi-language invitations. We also offer graphic design for event invitations for non-profits, small and large business owners.

TURN AROUND:
Current turn around on digital invitations is 3-5 business days. Once you approve your proof, turn around on printed sets is 3-4 days for print and 4-6 days for domestic shipping. For international shipping, please contact us for a shipping timeline. For guest addressing, additional time is needed for setup and for you to approve those files as well.

For formal collections, we will work together until you are happy. Turn around is based on your in-hand date, which I can meet. We prefer at least 2-3 weeks to work with you. For watercolor venues, crests and both illustrated and watercolor maps, we may need a 6-8 week window on top of your collection depending on our processing schedule. We do offer expedited timeframes based on availability and on occasion can meet earlier windows. Please inquire about current turn around times. We work on a processing schedule and these time frames are subject to change, so please email me via Etsy and let me know your in-hand date.

WATERCOLOR TURN AROUND:
For watercolor venues, maps and crests, please check with us on turn around as our schedule may differ.

Usual turn around for a watercolor venue is 4-6 weeks but we do offer an expediting fee.
For watercolor maps, up to 4 locations, turn around time is 6-8 weeks depending on the project and how extensive it is.
We do not offer an expediting or rush fee for maps. For crests, these can vary from 4-8 weeks depending on our processing schedule. * We may have earlier timeframes. Please inquire with us on Etsy.

Founded in 2007, Seahorse Bend Press is a boutique paper design studio located in Houston, Texas. We specialize in bespoke wedding collections, letterpress printing and graphic design for weddings, parties, events and small and large businesses. We work with clients all over the world, ensuring the unique and special details of their love stories are expressed fully on paper—from save the date cards and wedding invitations to bridal showers and rehearsal dinners.

Whether a destination wedding in Scotland, a vineyard celebration in California or a grand affair in London, we offer personalized designs for every kind of wedding and every kind of couple. Seahorse Bend Press is a paper design studio specializing in bespoke wedding collections, letterpress printing, and graphic design for wedding suites and stationery. Located in the sunny suburbs of Houston, Texas, we work with couples around the world and am able to set up multi-language invitations as well. We also offer graphic design and branding service for small and large business owners.

DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

Our designs are thoughtfully created and all elements are intentionally selected to create the best overall design. We do not offer any major changes to the design layouts featured in our Semi-Custom Collection. When choosing your Semi-Custom suite design we recommend paying special attention to the wording layout. For example, if you would like to include your parents names, choose a suite design that features this wording layout.

We recommend carefully reviewing your proofs for any spelling errors or inaccuracies prior to giving your final approval. We cannot make additional changes once your item has been approved for printing and is in production.

Any requests outside of the options available within our online ordering forms will require a customization request. This allows you to choose custom ink colors, various typography styles, paper colors, and print methods. Please fill out our Custom Request Questionnaire for additional customization options. PRODUCTION TIMES

Once your order is placed and your content has been collected, we will follow up within 2 to 3 business days with a digital proof for single invitations and 8-12 days for suites with two or more pieces. One round of revision is included after the delivery of the initial digital proof. This revision round can include minor text changes and minor adjustments. If additional revision rounds are required they are charged at $25 per additional round. It is important to consider that design revisions and/or delays in feedback may affect production time and possibly delay your order.

Once your digital proof has been approved, production begins right away. We will follow up when production is completed and your goods are ready to ship. Please use the listed timelines below to estimate your expected completion timeline.

Digital & Offset Printing Timeline
Digitally and offset printed stationery takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks upon approval for printing, plus shipping.

Foil & Letterpress Timeline
Foil and Letterpress printed stationery takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks upon approval for printing, plus shipping.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the custom nature of our services, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation. If there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Purchases are shipped via USPS Priority Post and international and expedited packages are sent UPS & FedEx with standard delivery times within 3 to 10 business days depending on your location and your choice of shipping method and time. Be sure to note that orders may be charged a tax or tariff upon entry to your country. Any customs and import taxes that may apply will be the customer's responsibility.

If you require express shipping, a separate invoice will be sent with the shipping option of your choice, once payment is completed your order will be shipped.

Depending on the end weight of your order additional shipping charges may apply and will be invoice separately prior to shipping your order. All UPS & FedEx packages include a shipment tracking number, but once your items are shipped we have no control over the progress of your shipment and only have access to the shared tracking details. We are not responsible for any loss, delays and damages during shipping. We recommend ordering your paper goods as early as possible to allow for transport and customs in your country.

Pricing on our site represents the full retail price in USD and does not include applicable taxes. All prices listed in our shop are subject to change without notice. In the event that items on the website are priced incorrectly, we retain the right to cancel and refund any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price.
