Let Me Introduce Myself . . . The Quilting Mommy

I am a stay at home mom who is addicted to quilting! My shop has evolved over the years as I found my way into the world of quilting.

When I found out I was expecting I knew that I would have a hard time leaving my baby to return to work. The day my son was born I knew that I had made the right decision, I cannot stand being apart from him even for a few hours! Even on the worst of days I would rather be roughing it with him then anywhere else in the world. I had a blast creating a ton of special items for my son while I was expecting. Most of his room consists of handmade or upcycled items, all made with love by mom. So why not throw that love into items for other families' loved ones. And so my little shop, Seams Sew Precious Boutique, was born and began evolving!

Through my experiences sewing I was introduced to vintage sewing machines which are now my go-to machines. Almost all of my quilts are pieced on an antique treadle machine that is now over 100 years old! And I now work almost strictly on quilted goods. I am always crafting items for our own family and home . . . every time I create something I love it becomes an item worthy of being listed in my shop.
