I live and work in the city of Varna - a beautiful city on the Black Sea in Southeast Europe. I love the sea, coast, summer and sun. I like long walks and gather a lot of different sea shells on the beach. I graduated college in style and design and over twenty years I do natural jewelry - semiprecious stones, pearls, sea shells and recycled jewelry made of vintage zippers. The idea of using recycled materials and turning them into new products is on the rise. As we become more concerned with pollution and the effects of excessive waste, companies that can find innovative ways to efficiently manufacture and produce attractive consumer products will have an upper-hand.
My objective is, guided by my intuition, to combine various shapes and colors to achieve something beautiful that would bring joy and self-esteem to the persons wearing my pieces of jewelry. I made zipper jewellery since couple years. The idea came, when I saw big pile of discarded zippers in front of a sewing workshop. As it turned out, jewelry made of zipper is a great accessory for day wear or even full dress. When you wear that kind of jewelry, you can not go unnoticed, because it is very interesting, stylishly and unique.
