We are new online shop that offers excellent quality with exceptional pricing! I only started selling/listing jewelry supplies on etsy July 2013, and I am very excited with the customer response! Returns and exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase product from Sea of Beads. I try my best to be as detailed and descriptive for all my listing. I use pictures that have natural lighting and do not color enhance any of my photos. If you are not happy with the product please contact me for a refund or exchange.
Payment
We accept payment through PayPal, major credit cards through direct deposit, and Etsy gift cards!
If a payment is pending through PayPal your order will not be shipped until it has cleared.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday during standard business hours. We do not ship on weekends, orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed first thing Monday morning. Orders are shipped through USPS usually within 24 hours of the purchase. All orders are shipped fisrt class and you will receive a tracking number for your shipment. Most orders are recieved with in 3 business days of being shipped.
