Schuyler Brown, owner/craftsman/ambassador of Seaplanes, JUST DOES SHIRTS RIGHT! Printed on the softest cotton, this "perky poppy field" is a pleasure to wear. The shirt's cut---even in an extra small size---is silhouette flattering when worn open and yet still has some ease through the waist for comfort. I paired this shirt with a green-striped Trina Turk blazer (with poppy on lapel), white cotton slacks and white buck oxfords for a look worthy of The Emerald City. :-)

My 'Lemon Border' buttondown and I have returned from sun-kissed Oahu, Hawai'i. This shirt is the perfect travel partner. Not only does the fabric weight and body-skimming cut work comfortably well in balmy breezes, it receives a LOT compliments from strangers. The print is decidedly tropical, completely joyful and oh-so wearable with pants or shorts. This shirt is definitely making its way to French Polynesia this winter. #watchOutMatisse

See my other review for Burgundy Arabic. I have been following Seaplane shirts via their email list for the past 2 years. Kaleidoscopic Ocean has great colors. The fit is true after the first wash.

I discovered Seaplane shirts two years ago on a vacation to Palm Springs. When I saw Burgundy Arabic on Etsy, I knew right away it had to be in my wardrobe. I live in Florida and the fabric is perfect for the hot, humid summers. I tend to buy Seaplane's short-sleeved shirts for this reason, but the dark colors made this perfect for a trip up north. The design of the collar ensures the ends don't curl and that the open neck appears the same after multiple washes. For sizing, I wear a large (16 neck/32-33 sleeve/44 chest). My only word of caution is that there is a tiny bit of shrinking after the first wash but thereafter the shirt holds its size. Seaplane is a staple in my wardrobe

Item is great, just thought it was a different color. I have purchased several shirts from seaplane and have been very happy. Easy to return.
