Hello there. I'm Jennifer, and I have been drawing and creating since I can remember. At the age of eleven, I learned how to cross stitch, and a love for embroidery was born. A few years ago, I branched out from cross stitching, and started teaching myself to hand embroider. I found that this was a perfect way to combine my love of drawing and my love of stitching!

I have also discovered, in the past couple of years, that I have a love of geometric design. I very much enjoy the challenge of creating an intricate geometric design on a hoop, using Aida fabric, embroidery floss, and my imagination. I generally start in the center of my hoop, and work my way outward one stitch at a time. I use symmetry to create interesting designs. My work is not usually planned out beforehand on these types of designs. This means I have no idea how my finished piece will look until it's actually finished! It's a very interesting way to work, and I find it very satisfying and rewarding.

Each of my pieces is created completely by ME. I work from my own imagination to create unique works of art which are brought to life with the beautiful colors and textures of embroidery floss.

I find great joy in creating art, and I hope to pass that joy along through my work.
