Beautiful blanket for my mother! She took a nap and looked so cozy with it. Thanks much!!

About

The Sea Beckons ...

... But you'd better be wearing homespun wool when you answer!

Nothing's better on a blustery day or chilly evening than handspun wool made into outdoor sweaters or snuggly blankets. Homespun wool is lofty, keeps in the warmth without overheating, and is easier on sensitive skin as it's processed gently. I enjoy working with farm wool from start to finish, from sheep to finished blankets, sweaters and accessories. For three-season wear, I offer knitted and woven scarves and shawls, made from handspun luxury fibers such as merino wool, alpaca, bamboo and silk.

My unique handspun yarn selections will be listed as available, in country spun natural-colored worsted and sport, and gem-tone merino/silk blend fingering. I strive for consistent, usable knitting yarn that works to gauge across a pattern.

Enjoy my shop! I post new items for sale as I finish them.
