Hi! Here at Seasonables, I want to create seasonable decorations that will hopefully be used year after year - becoming a tradition for you, your family, or the recipient of your Seasonable gift! They can be used in many different ways.

I don't want to focus on "trendy" items; I want your Seasonable to be something that's in style every year instead of just one year!

All items come from a non-smoking home. We recently got a puppy, so it does come from a home with a dog. I have dog allergies myself, so I do use allergy-reduction products to keep the allergens reduced in my home. I can't guarantee an entirely allergy-free product, but I'll try my best to accommodate you if you let me know your allergies. We also have a turtle, so hopefully you don’t have turtle allergies, because turtles are awesome. (And he usually doesn’t help me work on any items in the shop. Just basks. Lucky guy.)

10% of my profit is tithed, and we donate our tithes to various charities. (Lately we've been supporting an on-campus college ministry and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida).

Customer service is a priority for me. I want you to be happy with this new addition to your seasonal traditions! If you're not happy, I'm not happy - and I will happily do what it takes to make you happy. I strive to answer emails and convos within a few hours when possible! My days off are a little erratic right now, so it may take longer some days rather than others.

These are my promises to you:

Returns and exchanges
I will gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as:

- the Seasonable is returned undamaged
- the Seasonable is returned to me within one week of your receipt of the item
- shipping charges are handled by the customer unless there is a mistake on my end, in which case I will refund your shipping expenses

A refund can be given if I have made a serious error with your order.

Custom orders CANNOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless I have made a serious error.

Hopefully your item won't get lost in the mail (it'll be easily traceable with a delivery confirmation number, after all!), but if it does, I'll try to replace it for you in a reasonable amount of time or refund your money if I no longer have access to the same materials I used to make it. If your item is damaged in the mail, I encourage you to complain to your local US Postal Service office; please see my shipping policy regarding USPS's insurance to prevent this.
Payment is through PayPal and is expected promptly. If I don't receive payment promptly, I will contact you so we can resolve the issue together. Payment for custom orders is expected before I begin making your customized Seasonable! =)
Shipping will be through the USPS, with a delivery confirmation number given after I ship your item. Items are usually shipped flat-rate priority mail, which means you or your recipient should receive the item in 2 to 3 days after I ship it. Delivery confirmation is included in the cost of shipping, and I insist upon it to protect both you and me! I can offer you the option of purchasing USPS insurance on your package if you desire; I cannot be responsible for damage in transit if you decide against this.

Shipping will be prompt, either shortly after I receive your payment or after your custom product has been finished. (I will keep you updated on the progress of your custom item, so you're not wondering what the heck is going on, or if it's shipped or not).

Local (Orlando) buyers are more than welcome to schedule a pickup. We can convo and work out a convenient time to meet up near my workshop on the NE side of town. Shipping charges will not apply in this situation! :)

I can ship to other countries, but due to the weight of many of my items, it may be cost prohibitive for you. Please convo me if you’d like me to work out the shipping to another country.

Expedited shipping is always an option. If you have questions, please convo me and we can work out a price for faster shipping.

My shipping materials will depend on the Seasonable you purchase, but I hope to reuse packaging materials as much as possible. Your Seasonable may come in new shipping materials if I don't currently have any to reuse; I would hope you will reuse these shipping materials yourself! Your Seasonable will be packaged in the best way I can protect it during shipping.
