Returns and exchanges

If you are truly dissatisfied, please email me and let me know why. I will gladly ship you another like item or send you a refund.

If shipment arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and send me photos of package when opened and we can arrange for a replacement or full refund.

We accept payments by credit card and Paypal. We also accept Etsy gift cards!

Shipping

All items are fragile and most are heavy (over 13 ounces), making First Class mail NOT an option. All domestic USA Orders over 13 ounces will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - via USPS Priority Mail. If not shown for the specific item, or if ordering in quantity, please contact me for actual shipping cost!

FREE LOCAL PICKUP is available. Please convo me. Will either give you a free shipping coupon or refund the shipping cost

Additional policies and FAQs

Invoice will include sales tax on total sale to Florida residents of 7%. If you live in a county charging a lower discretionary sales tax, please let me know at time of order and before making payment.

If you live in South Florida area and would like to pick up your item, please contact me prior to purchasing item or I will refund the shipping charge after pickup.
