Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of my products I cannot accept returns. However if there is any issue with your product I will gladly ship you a replacement (free of charge) or exchange. I will keep working with every customer until a happy solution is found. Please contact me, before leaving feedback. ☺

If you have any issue with your order, you have 15 days from the date you receive your products to contact me. After that time I will assume that you are completely satisfied.

-If you pay by CHECK OR MONEY ORDER your order will be shipped after the check has cleared/money order has been cashed.
-Please contact me before you send your check/money order for special instructions.

-Payment is required with in three days. If after three days I have not received payment and I have not heard from you I will have to cancel your order. Thank You

-Coupons and shop specials (specials do not require a coupon) can not be redeemed at the same time for the same order. You must use one or the other but not both together.

-I ship USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail International

- Delivery confirmation (or Tracking Number) now comes with most orders sent within the US. I will email you the number after your item has been shipped.

-Tracking numbers are not available on international orders.

-International orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International & will include an invoice.

- If you would like an invoice and you live in the USA, please convo me.

-Most orders will ship within three to five business days. Wedding and party favors will ship within four to five weeks. All orders will ship only after payment has been received.

-International orders $50.00 and over will take up to one week to process & ship.

-Whole Sale orders will take up to two weeks to process & ship.

-The environment is important to me so I save and reuse all of the packing materials that I receive. I am currently working toward a completely recycled paper packing solution.

-Hot Weather: Many of my products are sensitive to heat so, therefore, in the summer, if you receive your products and they are a little soft, don’t worry, just leave them in a cool room and they will harden right up.

-Mailing Address: I will be shipping all orders to the address provided through ETSY. Please e-mail or convo me if you would like your order sent to another address.

-My products are all natural. The only preservative I add to my products is vitamin E. They have a shelf life of one year or longer if the product has witch hazel in it. Keep out of extreme light and heat. Never leave in a hot car, as this will cause spoilage of product.

-Lip Balms are hand poured into their tubes and on small occasion I do not get a "perfect" pour (sometimes I pour too much wax into the tube and have to scrape off the excess) If your lip balm does not have a "perfect" pour it will look different from my other balms but it is perfectly fine to use and enjoy! :)

-Most infused oils where made from plants that I have wildcrafted or grown and a few where sourced from Mountain Rose Herbs.com (an organic and ethical company). I then infuse the fresh herbs carefully in organic extra virgin olive oil for six weeks. This process captures the healing elements of the herb and forms the base for my lip balms and salves.
