if you are encountering any difficulties with making a payment, please contact me- i will do my best to help!

if payment has not been received within a few hours from the time of purchase, i contact the buyer via etsy conversation & the email address provided to etsy.

in the event that a payment is not received within 48 hours of purchase (and the buyer has not responded to emails or etsy conversations), the order will be cancelled.
upon recievng payment, orders will ship within 1-3 days.

you can expect your loot to arrive within about 1-3 weeks, depending on your location.

international orders can sometimes take a bit longer.

i ship using canada post small packet surface rates to all canada and u.s. destinations & small packet air mail for all other international orders. these services do not include insurance.

please contact me if you wish to purchase insurance for your order.

express shipping (delivery within 2-5 days) is available for all orders within canada for an additional cost of $6. please contact me if you would like to add this option, or make a note in the 'notes to seller' section during the checkout process. a revised invoice will be sent as soon as possible.

i always ship to the address provided to etsy when you checkout. if you would like your loot sent to another address, please make a note in the 'notes to seller' section during the checkout process, or send me a convo.
Refunds and Exchanges

i will accept returns within 45 days of purchase. all items must be returned in new, unused condition. the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.

due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of the items in my shop, i am unable to offer replacements for packages lost in the mail. (this hasn't happened yet- knock on wood!)
