Payment
US buyers: I accept Paypal and Google checkout. Paypal payments are due upon purchase. If you plan to use Google Checkout, please check "other" for payment at time of checkout, and I will send you an invoice to your email address through Google Checkout. I also accept money order, but please convo me prior to purchase, if you plan to pay with money order. Money order payment should be received within 5 business days of purchase.

International Buyers: I only accept Paypal payment. Paypal payment is due upon purchase.

If you have credit card or debit card, you can pay through Paypal or Google Checkout. Please note if the payment is not complete within 3 business days of purchase and there is no message from buyer, sale will be cancelled. If you are having any problem completing your transaction, please convo me and we will sort out the issue.
Shipping
I ship twice a week, (Mon & Fri OR Tue & Sat). I ship via USPS, first class or priority and you will be notified of a shipping date. If you need quicker delivery, please convo or email me! For domestic shipping, For US shipment I buy tracking number to ensure safe transit. Tracking number will be email to you upon request. If you want your purchase insured, please email me.
Attention! International buyers, unfortunately I can not be responsible for items getting lost in transit. If you like to purchase insurance, please convo me. Only with insurance I can refund you for the lost item. On rare occasions, I ask for additional postage fee after you purchase. I do not charge for handling fees, your postage fee will be based on cost based on size, weight and small fee for packing materials of the parcel to your destination.
Refunds and Exchanges
Earrings are non-refundable. If item was grossly misrepresented, full refund will be issued. If the item does not fit you and you wish to return, refund will be issued(less shipping) in form of store credit OR 10 percent of restocking fee will be deducted from your money refund. In either cases, return postage is buyer's responsibility. Item must be shipped within 3 days of receipt. Refund will be issued after item is returned in its new(unworn) and original condition.

Please remember that each piece is hand-made and unique or a vintage. This means the hand-made qualities or vintage quality of the item are part of its charm and not defects. I will do my best to describe and ensure quality of pieces, and I ask my customers to exercise good judgement when purchasing items. In certain cases, I may work with customer either to repair or replace. Please ask any question you may have prior to purchase. Make sure you read all the description(especially measurements!) VERY carefully, so the item you purchase fits you or is what you expected. Please note If you like to start either replacement, repair or refund process, please email me.
