Announcement    Welcome to See You On The Trail! Everything you see here is handmade in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

ANNOUNCEMENT: If you are having difficulty tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance. But because tracking/shipping questions are frequent, especially around the holidays and during the winter months, we wanted to provide some information to help our customers understand the shipping process:

Please note that it is our policy to ship items within 24 hours of printing the postage, so once you get the tracking information, rest assured that your package will be in the hands of the post office within 24 hours. But sometimes the tracking number doesn't update even after the post office has it. There are a few reasons why that might happen:

Shipping labels can smudge, especially in wet/wintery weather, or get torn during handling. Although the post office can enter barcodes manually, sometimes shipping time is tight, and they do not get scanned.

Due to damage, barcodes can sometimes be read on the first scan but not on the second or third attempt. The label contains routing information, so it is likely on its way to its destination and will arrive on time.

Understaffed facilities and a high volume of shipments can also affect updates, and it’s not uncommon for the USPS to skip scanning packages when time is short. The first scan may occur upon arrival at a regional hub near the final destination.

But of course if you feel that your item is simply taking too long - reach out to us! We have a great relationship with the post office and we are always happy to try to figure out what is going on with your package.

Big changes are coming to See You On The Trail in 2023 - mostly, we're adding a lot of new projects based on customer requests. After the holiday rush we finally get a little time to do what we love the most - create new things! We are kicking off 2023 with a Stadium Tracker map, the much-requested Wisconsin State Parks tracking map, some decor for meditation/yoga rooms, and so much more.

Speaking of requests, is there something you'd like to see us make? Send a message!

About SeeYouOnTheTrail

Sales 8,672
On Etsy since 2019

The adventure continues!

In a time before the pandemic, we bought a laser cutter with the intention of making a few fun gifts for friends and family. As an avid trail runner with a love for the outdoors, Jenn immediately gravitated towards making "outdoorsy" gifts and soon found a real passion for making things that her fellow runners, hikers, campers and explorers would love.

Before long, more and more people were finding this little shop. Jenn's day job as an attorney became less and less fulfilling as she filled her spare time creating things that commemorated real adventure. Following her heart and taking a leap, Jenn moved into working full time as a maker in late 2022.
