Welcome and Hello!

My name is Anita and welcome to Sekhmet Jewels. I have been creating unique pieces of jewelry for a few years now. My creations take me into a range of designs from modern to my interpretations of antiquity. If you wish an item's design to suit your individual style simply send me a convo and I will be happy to adjust it, within reason, to suit your size and style. I DO MAKE CUSTOM PIECES. For the protection of both your and my personal information, I take only PayPal for ALL payment. If you wish to use a credit card and do not have a PayPal account simply push the button that you wish to pay with Paypal and on the right hand side of the screen. This will give you the option to pay without creating an account. All items will be given a ONE day window for payment, after that, if I have not received your payment, the item will be relisted on my site and I will ask ETSY to cancel the transaction.

*Items custom made or altered in any way CANNOT be returned for a refund or exchanged for another item. I will redesign or size the item at the customer's request one time, but if the alteration requires more materials, the customer must pay the remainder of the bill before the item is shipped. All return shipping will be at the cost of the customer.

I DO NOT wish to do lay-away so I ask you kindly not to ask.
Once payment has been received by PayPal, your item will be carefully wrapped and shipped via USPS First Class mail within 5-14 business days. If you need your item sooner, please contact me BEFORE buying! I will be happy to accommodate your request and will adjust the shipping cost to reflect shipping priority or overnight.

I insure ALL items shipped within the United States, and the cost of this is included in the shipping price per item

If you live outside of the United States and would like an item(s) shipped to you simply convo me and I will be happy to include your country in the item's destination. Note that all items shipped outside of the UNITED STATES are shipped FIRST CLASS ONLY. NO INSURANCE WILL BE INCLUDED in the shipping price. Insurance outside of the United States can run $40+ so it is the responsibility of the buyer to ask for and pay for the insurance if they choose to insure the package.
Refunds and Exchanges
I stand behind every piece of jewelry I sell, therefore if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will do everything I can to make you happy. Remember, custom made or altered pieces cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. I accept returns only within 7 days of purchase and will refund the cost of the item, MINUS 15%. I do not refund shipping costs. So, if the item costs $20.00 and you paid $23.00 for the item plus shipping, upon return of the item your paypal account will be credited $17.00. A refund will only be issued when I receive the item in it's ORIGINAL CONDITION. No refund will be issued if the item is damaged or shows signs of wear. I am not responsible for items which, upon return to me, become lost in the mail. The customer must pay for returning the item(s).
