Looking for jewelry that you can feel good about wearing? Our designs feature environmentally friendly hemp and bamboo twine that's beautiful and sustainable. Other components, such as beads, pendants, and clasps, are sourced from other small business owners and fair trade sellers.
I'm a big geology nerd, so I love incorporating gemstone beads into my work (and I'm happy to talk your ear off about all the minerals I have in my bead collection!). I also enjoy handmade beads of all types, from lampwork to fiber, so you'll see many unique selections.
The high-quality hemp twine, bamboo twine and cotton twine that I use are polished, so they're smooth against your skin and comfortable to wear all day. We have classic hemp jewelry designs, innovative eco chic styles, and everything in between.

5 out of 5 starsI love this necklace. I've worn it several times. It's made well. I personally am not crazy about the beads, but that's just my opinion. I'll watch for another one like this but without the beads. The size of the cord and simple design are really cool.

16 Years of Hemp Jewelry and Eco Chic Jewelry Design
My art teacher taught me how to make hemp jewelry in my Junior year of high school. Little did she know that she was opening up an incredible creative outlet for me, and the opportunity to support myself with my crafting.
Phat Hemp Jewelry took a few years off due to life and many moves happening, but now we're back! I have tons of new beads and hemp colors to work with, many designs that are never before seen in my shop, and a warm welcome for everyone stopping by.
I handle the entire process myself, from putting together the designs to shipping out your order. I hope you love your hemp jewelry pieces as much as I love putting them together!
