Do you do corporate orders?
Yes! If you are sending gifts to multiple people at different addresses, you only need to place one order. You can send us a list of names and addresses and we will take care of the shipping for you. 😊 Please message us for more information.
What happens if I put the wrong shipping address?
If your order has already shipped, there is nothing we can do to fix the shipping address. The recipient may contact their local USPS to see if the package can be held there for pick-up. Otherwise, once your package gets returned to sender you may have it reshipped to the corrected address for a flat $15 shipping & handling fee.
Will my name be automatically included with my gift?
No. Please make sure to include your name in your gift message if you want the recipient to know who it's from otherwise it will remain anonymous.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We typically have a 1-3 day handling time and all orders ship USPS. If you need it sooner, you may purchase expedited handling for same or next day shipping.
