The foundations of self-love (for me)
🦄 Welcome to The Self-Love Rainbow 🌈
In 2011, I started a little blog called Blessing Manifesting to document my journey of self-love and self-discovery. I was depressed, I hated my body, and I could best be described as a ball of anxious energy. I was miserable in every single aspect of my life. I was choosing toxic relationships, I had no ability to express my emotions in healthy ways, and my coping skills were non-existent.
I decided that something needed to change or depression was going to end me, literally. So I read some books, did a crap-ton of soul-searching and my website, Blessing Manifesting, was born from it. It started as a way for me to document my journey as I learned about (self) forgiveness, (self) love, and how to cope with my anxiety and depression.
Ten years ago I created the first Self-Love Planner. It was a way for me to document my year based on how I felt about myself and my body. I wanted to be able to look back and see my progress. Today it has helped thousands of people learn what self-care is and how to implement it into their lives.
My full-time job is being a mental health advocate. That means I work to eliminate the stereotypes and stigmas around mental health. I also have built an amazing community on Facebook called the Self-Care Circle with nearly 20,000 members.

Can I buy already printed workbooks?
Right now only the Self-Care Planners are available, but yes! Go to my website and check out my sales page there. I use Lulu.com which is a printing + shipping company that creates my workbooks in beautiful spiral-bound form.
Refund and Return Policy
As long as you haven't downloaded your files, I'll be happy to give you a refund!
Can I resize the PDF?
Unfortunately no. Every element in the PDF is individually arranged so creating a new size would involve rearranging all of those elements and and it's just too time-consuming.
