I want to make sure I update this review. I received the answer from Selenas about my mistake that the bracelet wasn't adjustable. I was incorrect since I didn't realize how to adjust it. Thanks for your prompt answer to my dilemma. For sure 5 stars!

From Fabric to Metal

So I decided to pursue my favorite subject in school - Art... I have an MS in Educational Psychology...so there were MANY subjects to choose from! There are so many things one can tell from art, the diffuse, the creations, the colors, it all expresses parts of the artist. So it's kind of a therapy for me, until a piece just doesn't want to work with me ;-).

I figured I would start to sew when i had my first born (7 years ago now) bc my Grandmother and momma sew. I did that for a bit and decided I needed to mix it up and find my own groove. I went from that to fabric flower making, to resin and now leather and metal. I really love making personalized pieces, because it is so meaningful to the person. I know i have pieces that i just wear because they help me remember to pray and to breathe - let go let God. Each piece has it's own story and meaning and created just for them. I love hearing the stories, some make me laugh and some make me cry. My customers & family inspire me so much .

My children enjoy seeing the new items i make and they help me make them, that is with *their* scrap pieces. I get family that drop by that feel especially *crafty* when they are seeing me work (they kinda slow my roll bc then they want me to teach them... wink). Really though, every piece is thought out and I like to day dream about new designs (i do this when the kids are at their max level of hysterics).

Blue: Well, besides volume, great prices, longevity on Etsy (over 6 years) and guaranteed items and shipments. I make all of the items, and have different mediums to choose from….variety, different metals, finishes, leather cuffs, resins, etc. all custom made to order. Nothing is my shop is already made, EVERYTHING is made just for you.

Blue: Yes, and I am very fast actually, and I work 6 days sometimes 7 days a week George. Unlike most sellers, I ship most items in a wheat box that’s hand decorated ready for gifting and not just a simple bag. I also, handmake a unique gift for each of my customers, and carefully wrap in tissue paper with a little fairy dust. Have you ever wrapped a gift Johnny?

Curious Johnny: Yes, it took me a while to wrap Christmas gifts!

Blue: Well, Johnny, it’s kind of like that, time consuming on every level. Plus, I personally work with each customer and sometimes they have lots of questions which I am more than happy to answer all 70 conversations from ONE customer :) and I usually have an inbox full of questions and several orders going at once.

Curious Gabriel (quizzical) : Oh I get it. So even like when you order online from JDPonie or WoolMelt, they take 3-5 days to even get your order to the warehouse and then another week or so to ship then another few days to arrive and these are not even custom made and they have hundreds of people working for them!

Blue: That's correct Gabriel :)

Blue: That’s part of the charm Jane, I strive for perfection but these are made by my hands and I have had a lot of practice so I think I do well, but always try my best. That’s what I tell my children try your best, and do good work and double check it too! If you would like a machine or jeweler that's the one to go see :)

Curious Joe (speedy): Why can’t you just have mine shipped out in a week?

Blue: I do work with people who may have an important event, a death, or a wedding sometimes I do do that  I just have to talk this out with the customer.

Custom and personalized orders

Please be sure to have sent all customization information in the "Notes to Seller" portion of Etsy checkout, i.e.: bracelet cuff orders you must fill out the information in the description area (cut and paste into notes to seller section at checkout), if you do not specify this or your needs for any other other items - I will assume you would like it made as in the first pic of the listing you purchased / allowing artistic liberty. If you didn't, specify something that you wanted your piece to have, pls convo me. *NOTE: Due to the nature of HANDMADE metal work, some pieces may have slight imperfections to some but is an organic quality to handmade which makes each piece one of a kind.

If you need something by a CERTAIN DATE pls let me know, and i will see if I am able to accommodate and confirm this with you by telling you, "Yes I can have by that date" or "No, I cannot have by that date". You will need to also put this in notes to seller at checkout on first line of your order at checkout after we have confirmed. I need all personalization info and timeline information deadline date IN YOUR ORDER. I do not go back and forth from convos to orders. Do not put the date of the event as your need by date please plan ahead. THIS IS CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

Process times listed are my *best estimate* for items. At times its gets busier due customer needs, weddings, graduations, holidays, etc. processing / creation time may be extended as each item is custom. I'll post in my ☔ announcement board ☔ if I'm ill or on vacation, or anything that i feel would be important for you to know.
At times i go daily or may ship orders in batches. If your order has a deadline then i will for sure take to the post office in time for them to deliver to you on time. What if the post office loses my package? I will Make it right once they mark it "lost" I'll get your items to you - you let me know this and unlike most sellers I guarantee you will receive your order (I cannot help postal delays but I can guarantee you'll get what you ordered). I just don't say sorry you are out of luck. I also have guarantees on items that info is posted within those listings.
