Sizing

The sizes of the plants are roughly the same, but they do vary and you may not receive the same plant pictured. I do my best to photograph the smallest of each.

Packaging

All orders are packaged PLASTIC FREE:)

The soil is covered with paper then taped over and secured to reduce the amount of escaping soil. The plant in then wrapped in paper, placed in the box with filler paper. Fragile stickers are stuck to the outside of every box.

How the mail service handles the box is out of my control, but I do my best to ensure the plants safety through transit.

Shipping

Orders placed Sunday through Wednesday will be shipped the next day (excluding holidays). Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will be shipped out the following Monday (excluding holidays). This is in best interest of the plants.

Refunds

For a refund you must contact me within two days of delivery. This gives plenty of time to inspect the plant for prior damage. After that I will no longer accept. I do not refund shipping costs. If delivery was unsuccessful and a plant is returned to me you are also responsible for the extra shipping costs.

I do not offer replacements, exchanges, or returns.

I am not responsible for damage caused by shipping delays or poor handling. Initial cosmetic issues such as browning or leaf discoloration are results of the transit & shipping process. Giving them proper watering & care upon arrival will ensure new foliage growth.

I am not responsible for damage caused after the two day inspection period. Please do your research on plant care.
