Returns and exchange details
-Return shipping has to be fully paid by the customer- Customer must firstly contact the seller and arrange all the details in 14 days after he/she received the item.

In case customer didn't claim the package from the post office and it was sent back to shop owner, customer still can ask to send it for the second time. Repeated shipping cost should be fully paid by the customer. If failed to get for the second time, refund request should be created within 3 months of order date.
We currently only accept payment via PayPal. Please make your payment immediately when your Semoville item(s) is purchased. The order will be cancelled and item(s) returned to stock in 2 days (48 hours), if no payment or response has been received.

Please be aware that after you purchase an item through Etsy, you still need to click the "Pay with Paypal" button in order to complete the process.
Please allow up to 2 days for the item(s) to be sent. Delivery time varies, depends on the shipping address.
Delivery time for custom orders is negotiable with client in DM.
