Welcome to my Etsy shop! I hope you will have a pleasant time here.

I am a traditional goldsmith and aim for high standard craftsmanship. Therefore,
-I hand polish my jewelry.
-I use only genuine gemstones, appropriately set to last life long.
-I make traditional seats for the pearls with a swivel inside.
-I use sterling silver, 8K, 14K, and 18K gold, recycled when possible.
My work pictures are not altered but keep in mind that they can appear different under certain lighting conditions.

When ordering a ring, please get measured by a professional jeweler. I appreciate pictures of your hand to get a better idea and adjust the sizing according to the shank.

For a tarnishing problem on silver, keep your silver jewelry in a plastic zipper bag and wash with mild soap and a soft brush when needed. If required, use good quality silver polish but keep in mind that it is not recommended for stones and pearls because it can cause damage.
Oxidizing can wear away in time; if you contact me, I can describe how to re-achieve it.
Make sure you are not wearing your stone set rings when washing your hands. Prevent your stone set jewelry from dropping to the floor. In time, it can get damaged.
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
You may return an item in its original packaging within *14 days* of receiving the item if you are not satisfied. However, make sure to return it unworn and without removing the safety label on it. The buyer is responsible for all of the expenses related to shipping back the item: shipping and customs fees.

Customers are responsible that the package arrives back safely in the original condition and pay the shipping cost both ways for an exchange.

Customized orders, rings made to customer's sizes can't be returned or exchanged, but if there is any structural problem, I will be happy to fix it. However, we need to communicate first and revise your complaint to find a suitable solution.

Please contact me before sending it back.
If you are experiencing a problem with your payment, I will put your order on hold for 48 until you can resolve it. Please contact me immediately.
I communicate the tracking number to my Customers immediately after the shipping is done.

It can take up to 3 weeks in the busy season to receive your order; please take it into consideration and order on time.

I can’t take responsibility for losses if the buyer doesn't provide the correct address information and phone number when required. I thoughtfully pack to avoid any damages during the transaction.

Please keep in mind that Buyers are responsible for any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges.
