Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds or exchanges are ok on a case by case basis. All items must be in brand new/unworn condition, buyer pays shipping fees.

Please contact me to arrange a return or exchange, don't just ship it back!

I accept Paypal and credit card as payment for my shop.

If you absolutely need to cancel your purchase please contact me ASAP, purchases cannot be cancelled once the item has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Taxes and duties may apply based on your country and its customs policies. I do my best to accurately describe each and every item but please note that these duties are out of my control.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days unless there's a holiday, in which case it might take longer, but I'll always let you know if it does. Orders within the U.S.A are shipped via USPS First Class mail with a delivery confirmation/tracking number for packages under 1 lb. Packages over 1lb are shipped USPS Priority. If you purchase a gift or something for yourself and need it by a specific date please let me know and I will do my best to accomodate!
International orders are shipped via USPS first class mail international under 1 lb. Over 1lb please contact me before purchasing as shipping can become expensive. Please note - International buyers are responsible for all additional custom fees or import taxes. In addition, purchases cannot be marked as a “gift”.

I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages in the mail, but I'm more than happy to assist you in any way I can in trying to find a lost package. International buyers please be aware that your country's customs policies may affect the delivery time of your item.
