5 out of 5 starsOh my goodness, these skirts are adorable!!! I requested a custom order of 2 skirts for my daughter's first birthday and Seng was a pleasure to work with! The skirts came out even better than I could have imagined and arrived faster than I expected as well. They are very well made and cute as can be. I am so excited for my daughter to wear these!!!!

Returns and exchanges
We appreciate your business and will make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact me within three (3) days of receiving your order. Buyer MUST send us an Etsy conversation for approval on the exchange or return before sending the package.
Unworn items may be eligible for exchange only under certain circumstances. In the case that an exchange is approved, items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, and must be received by me within 10 days of original ship date.
For both exchanges and returns, buyer is responsible for all shipping fees involved. If not, we will not process the exchange or refund.
Please include a note with your return with the following information:
1. Your name
2. Date when you spoke to us prior to returning the package
3. Reason for the exchange or return
4. If exchanging, please note the size you'd like us to send out.
Customer must leave a positive feedback prior to a refund is processed.

• We will not refund if the delivery confirmation is confirmed by the post office.
• We will not refund if you have the wrong shipping information on your accounts.
• We will not refund holiday items that are lost in the mail or not delivered in time due to post office delays.
• We will not refund holiday/season/custom orders as they are made to order.
Payment
We accept all major credits cards and PayPal. As of right now, Paypal is safest and easiest way!
NOTE: You do not need a PayPal account to purchase. Click "Checkout" and follow the steps. It's very simple ;)
The buyer must pay at the time the transaction is created. If payment is not received in 24 hours, we will consider the sale canceled and re-list the item.
Shipping
All orders that include in the title {Ready to Ship} are shipped within 2 business days of purchase unless it is a holiday or weekend.
For custom orders, standard stitch time is 10 business days (not including ship time). All custom orders are shipped as soon as the order is completed. Production time does not begin until ALL information is received from buyer, including payment, size(s), and any custom special instructions. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to verify payment, size, and/or shipment information. We communicate via Etsy conversations; please be sure your email address with Etsy is current so that we can reach you in a timely manner should any questions arise.
If you need to make a request for faster delivery, please send us an Etsy conversation and note at the time of purchase. We will adjust the shipping cost and send you an invoice with the difference. All outstanding amounts must be paid prior to item being shipped.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Sengerson Baby Love is not responsible for merchandise that is lost, delayed or damaged during shipment. All orders are packaged with the utmost in care to avoid damage and are sent with tracking and/or Delivery Confirmation. Any disputes regarding loss or damage during shipment must be handled directly between customer and the mail carrier (United States Postal Service). Sengerson Baby Love follows all Etsy and PayPal seller best practices, thereby releasing our liability once the parcel is accepted by the mail carrier.
We do not accept liability for orders that will be redirected to any address other than the PayPal verified address. This includes orders that are sent as gifts, as well as orders using a third party shipping service. No exceptions.
Insurance is available upon request and highly recommended.
