Unless otherwise noted, we aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of the time that they are placed. We'll send you a shipping notification once your order has been shipped.

In the case of paypal and Etsy displaying different shipping addresses we will confirm the shipping address prior to shipping.

Gift Shipping:

We will gladly ship items as gifts provided that the recipient's address is confirmed prior to shipping. So what does that mean? Basically it will look something like this:

1. George W. finds a sweet print in our Etsy shop that he wants to get for his friend Ben F. George purchases the print and pays via paypal.
2. We receive the order. Geroge's shipping address is in Mt. Vernon; however, he would like the print shipped directly to Ben in Philly.
3. We send a message thanking George for his order and confirming Ben's address as:
Ben F.
1776 Liberty Bell Dr.
City of Brotherly Love, PA
4. George confirms that we have the correct address for Ben.
5. We ship the print to Ben.

We will not ship the print to Ben until George has confirmed his address.

In our ongoing plan to take over the world, we will gladly ship our items worldwide ;) Buyers are responsible for customs and all applicable fees involved with international purchases.

FAQ:

All senioritis prints are printed on cardstock, what is it?

There are all different types of cardstock, simply put it is a heavyweight paper. Unless otherwise noted, all of our prints are printed on matte finish 80 pound cardstock. When holding one of our prints and comparing it to a regular sheet of paper our prints will feel much more substantial.

Does senioritis do custom work?

Yes, we gladly offer custom design services!

We will gladly work with you to create a custom 11"x17" design. If you're looking for something smaller or larger that's not a challenge either; our work has been displayed on items as small as business cards and as large as billboards . If you have any questions about a custom tribute or a design you might like us to help out with don't hesitate to contact us through Etsy convo or email (info@senioritis.net).

Turnaround time is typically about one week for custom designs. You can choose the quote, color combos, and textures or just leave it to us. Depending on the size of the piece/number of pieces a deposit may be needed. Once the design is complete we email a digital proof and once the proof is approved we set up a reserved listing here on Etsy.

What size frame does senioritis recommend for 11"x17" prints?

While an 11"x17" frame can be used, since our prints are hand cut they measure a tiny bit less than 11"x17", this leads to some slight gapping with frames of this size. Most of the items in our shop are pictured with 16"x20" float frames, we prefer this size and look.

Will I be receiving the exact item that is in the photograph?

For limited run designs, yes, you will be receiving the exact item in the photograph; however, for larger format limited run designs (16" x 20" and up) we may photograph an artist proof instead of a specific numbered design. In these situations please refer to the item title and description for more info.

For open run designs you will receive the item in the photograph but it might not be that exact physical print, tshirt, magnet, bookmark etc. Signatures on open run designs may vary in placement and color.
