Payment
Payment by Major Credit Cards: You can pay through Etsy's direct checkout with your credit card or use an Etsy Gift Card. A purchase through Etsy's direct checkout will appear as "Etsy.com" on your statement.

USA Buyers: US Postal Money Orders are also accepted. I allow two weeks for payment by this option. If I do not receive payment for the order within that time frame I will cancel the order.

Sales Tax:
Ohio residents must pay 7.25% sales tax. This will be automatically calculated at time of purchase. The state of Ohio requires that sales tax be charged on both purchase amount and shipping.

Cancelling an Order:
If you need to cancel or change your order you must email me within 24 hrs of ordering the item. As I may ship within 24 hrs of receiving an order, if the item has already shipped I will not be able to cancel your order.

I reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If payment has already been made a refund will be issued back to you for the full amount of the order that was cancelled.
Shipping
Orders ship in a plain box with the company name on the return address listed as "Pinch the Muse, Ltd.". If you have a special need regarding the name on the return address, please contact me before purchase.

Domestic Shipping:
I ship United States Postal Service on most orders. At my discretion I may ship UPS or FedEx if it makes more sense for the order. I will notify you of shipping service and applicable tracking information when we ship your item. Shipping costs are as noted in the listing.

Processing Times Vary-Sets are usually 5-14 business days most other items 1-5 business days. Your receipt will show the exact processing time to expect.

Total time from ordering to receipt of items will vary depending on your location.

International Shipping (Canada):
I only ship United States Postal Service internationally. Shipping costs are as noted in the listing.

The buyer is responsible for any vat, tax or duty that is due in the buyer's country.

How I fill out our customs forms: I respect your privacy. Items are listed as ornaments, fashion accessories, or decor.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will happily accept a return of an item in its original packaging and in its original condition for refund if you contact me within 3 days of receiving your item. Buyer pays for return shipping.

Due to the personal nature of the items refunds or exchanges requested after the 3 day period are decided on a case by case basis. All returns for refunds requested after the 3 day limit mentioned above will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. In case of return or exchange buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The photos and descriptions are true to the product I sell. Please contact me before ordering your item(s) if you have any questions.

I will, at my discretion, replace or repair a defective item, if notified within 14 days of the item being received. I will not replace or repair item(s) or provide refunds for any item(s) that has been significantly modified and/or has been abused or mis-used.
Additional policies and FAQs
If your item arrives damaged (hasn't happened yet, but just in case!): Take pictures of the packaging and the item(s) immediately, retain all packaging and/or written information from the delivery service and/or customs. Contact me within 48 hours with a description of damage and the pictures. Buyer must cooperate fully with any investigation by the delivery agency and/or insurer to be eligible for a full refund.
