These are so cute! The were a little snug at first but now they fit great because they stretch a little, just like the seller said. I will probably end up wearing them out and buying another pair because they are my favorite slipper. The craftsmanship is wonderful and the material is much softer than I imagined. One of the best purchases I've made on Etsy!

About

How SensibleCrafts came to be

It all started with a dream, one that would change our lives forever: opening our own online business where we could share our very own creations with the world. It started out with polymer clay miniatures back in 2011; we even had created an account in 2013, but we ended up not being as excited about the concept, and instead discovered different crafts and falling in love with the possibilities.

We've always been pretty crafty; growing up we drew, made ourselves awesome cardboard houses with windows and kitchenettes, we loved to loom, we even knitted scarfs for our teddy bears! We would make majestic Roman inspired robes using towels, and those turned out to be the best childhood memories we've ever had.

During the winter of 2013, where we were all bundled up inside due to the abnormally cold weather of Canada, our mom taught us our very first crochet stitch. She likes to retell that story as "I taught them the simplest stitch, and they ran with it so quickly, I blinked and here they are running a business!" She and our dad have always been our biggest supporters.

In April of 2014, we had finally decided to officially open a shop. We worked our fingers raw to have a decent inventory for the upcoming annual garage sale in our village. It was our goal for months prior, and people were very encouraging. Ever since then, we keep on striving to improve our yarn working skills as well as some other crafts, and are forever grateful to everyone who support us.

Hang on tight, 'cause this is only the beginning of our journey to a sensible lifestyle!
