Cancellations – the golden hour
We try to get orders sent out the same working day and so there is a small window of opportunity to cancel before we have started the packing process. As such any orders can only be cancelled within one hour, please message us directly to do so.

DOMESTIC
- We aim to ship all items by the next working day and delivery can take up to five business days, any orders received after 10am Friday will be shipped first thing on Monday.
- We are not responsible for any goods lost in transit; we dispatch all our items by 1st Class Royal Mail (untracked) but offer recorded delivery as a shipping upgrade. If you would like to use this service then please select from the shipping options prior to ordering.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- We are not responsible for any overseas taxes or customs charges applied to our goods and do not include these in our price; please refer to the policy in your country for further information on any applicable charges.
- We are not responsible for any goods lost in transit; we dispatch all overseas orders by 1st Class Royal Mail recorded delivery, this requires a signature upon delivery and gives a tracking number.

Returns and Refunds
We offer refunds on jewellery returned to us within 14 days of delivery. These products must be in their new and unworn condition, returned in the original packaging.

Earrings will arrive in heat-sealed packaging, this is not the prettiest but it does ensure they have not been worn. We cannot accept returns on any earrings (unless faulty) that have been opened from the heat-sealed bag due to reasons of hygiene.

Include your paperwork in the parcel or note the order number and your details so we can process the return. Please allow up to 7 working days for this, please note that we do not cover the postage unless the item has a fault, so do get in touch prior to ordering if you have any questions.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, then please get in touch with us within 14 days of receipt.

Materials:-
9ct gold
Some of our more delicate earrings are made using 9ct yellow gold only, this is listed clearly in the description. 9ct gold is harder wearing than some of the higher carat softer metals; we use a rich 9ct yellow to give a beautiful finish to each piece. There will be a tiny .375 hallmark on the post of the earring, which is the hallmark for 9ct gold. Please refer to our jewellery care instructions to keep your piece scratch-free and bright.

18ct gold plate
Our heavier pieces are made in solid sterling silver (.925) and are then plated in a rich 18ct yellow or 18ct rose gold vermeil. These pieces will have a .925 hallmark, which is the hallmark for sterling silver. Once plated we coat each piece in a clear ecoating, which is a protective layer to add longevity.

What does 'vermeil' mean?
Vermeil is gold plated over sterling silver jewellery. We plate to the highest standard of micron and then use a clear e-coating to protect the plating.

All our plating is free from nickel, lead and cadmium and once plated we coat each piece in a clear ecoating, which is a protective layer to add longevity. These pieces will have a .925 hallmark, which is the hallmark for sterling silver. All jewellery does tarnish over time but please refer to our jewellery care instructions to help prevent tarnishing of plated goods.


Jewellery care
As with all metals, special care must be taken to ensure they do not scratch or tarnish. Like us, you’ll want to wear your jewellery 24/7, but be mindful of taking it off before the following:-

- Contact with liquids and chemicals. Showering, the sea, the pool, cleaning, can all speed up tarnishing.

- Exercising. We love the sports lux look too but please take off all jewellery prior to exercise as contact with sweat can speed up tarnishing, plus excessive wear and tear.

- Beauty regime. Applying products like lotions, hairspray, perfumes, moisturisers, etc. should all be avoided whilst wearing jewellery.

- Storage. Keep out of direct sunlight and store your pieces in a soft pouch, ideally separately.

- General wear and tear. Invest in a decent scratch-free polishing cloth to brighten up any dull pieces over time, knocks and daily wear will speed up the tarnishing process and fade of colour for plated pieces.
