I'm a wife, a mom (of three) and work full-time in law enforcement! I have an interesting life, that's for sure. And as if it wasn't busy enough I have became obsessed with making things a few years back. Friends and family had become quite fond of my soaps, candles and jewelry and told me I should sell them... so here I am!

Three Little Fishes is a name my three kids help me come up with. One of my first soap molds was a fish soap mold. During the first year of opening my Etsy shop my fish soaps became quite popular. In fact I sold out a while ago and, until just recently, lost the soap mold (which is why fish soaps have not been available for a while in the shop) My kids picked the shop name because of the fish soaps (which they really love) and, as my oldest put it, I have three kids...so...Three Little Fishes it is!

Payment
I accept PayPal, credit cards and Etsy gift cards. If you ask to cancel a transaction before I purchase your shipping label the Esty transaction fees cannot be refunded.
Shipping
Items will be shipped as soon as possible. I make almost all orders fresh when ordered which means I may take up to 8 days before your order can be shipped. Buyer accepts responsibility for items damaged shipping unless I can determine that I was at at fault.

YOUR ITEM ESTIMATED SHIP DATE IS LISTED ON YOUR RECEIPT. THIS IS JUST AN ESTIMATION AND I CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT EXACT DATE. IF I CAN GET YOUR ITEMS SENT OUT BEFORE THE ESTIMATED DATE I WILL DO SO. I ALSO CANNOT CONTROL THE SPEED OF THE MAIL. IF YOU NEED IT IN A HURRY PLEASE CHECK WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT'S POSSIBLE.

During spring/summer months I recommend you put items that can melt (such as lotions, creams and/or lip products) in a cool place or even the refrigerator until they are cooled. Melted items can leak and I take every precaution to avoid leakage of your items during shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
I cannot accept most items back once you receive them. Please remember that perishable items (such as soap, face wash, lotions, creams, scrubs, etc.) cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.

If you change your mind after you have paid for an item or item(s) pease be aware that I will not cancel a transaction once the shipping label has been printed. You will receive an email when this happens.

I have to right to refund and cancel any order at my discretion.

Please read item description before sending me a message about an item as 99% of the time all the questions I get have the answers list in the item description. I don't mind answering questions at all but I am really bad at checking messages. If you have a question that can't be answered by the item listing/description, please feel free to convo me.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS MUST NOW PAY IN FULL BEFORE I WILL BEGIN MAKING THE ITEM. TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE REQUESTING CUSTOM ITEMS THAT I HAVE TO PURCHASE SUPPLIES FOR THEM BACKING OUT ON THE DEAL WHEN TIME TO PAY EVEN THOUGH THE AMOUNT WAS PREVIOUSLY AGREED UPON. THIS COSTS MY OWN MONEY OUT OF OUR FAMILY ACCOUNT. I APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. BUT I AM HAPPY TO MAKE CUSTOM ITEMS ONCE THEY ARE PAID FOR.
