If you are not satisfied with your purchase. I will gladly issue a refund the purchase price within 7 day of purchase. The item must be shipped back to me intact at the purchaser's expense before a refund will be issued.

If an item arrives broken, please contact me immediately and we can make arrangements for a replacement or a refund.

Payment is expected at the time of purchase. At this time I only accept PayPal. When making a payment through PayPal please continue through all steps until you have a receipt.

If you do not already have an Etsy account, I would advise setting up an Etsy account before making your purchase. This can save you a lot of time and frustration when making your purchase.

I ship all orders USPS, unless another carrier is requested. All orders over $50.00 will automatically be insured.

Bubble wrap and peanuts are used for packaging. Recycled shipping materials are used whenever possible. Pottery, with all its packing materials used to protect it, is heavy and I try to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

If you are local and want to pick-up your items, please convo me and we can arrange that and save on the shipping costs.
