All products are shipped by standard mail to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you. Standard mail hasn't the track number!! Track and trace is not available when shipping by regular mail.
If you prefer a different shipping method or have any question about shipping methods, please send us a message or use the upgrate at the check-out.

All items will be shipped from Edinburgh (Uk). International shipping may take between 4-6 weeks.
Once the item is shipped, it's out of my hands. I can't tell you exactly when it will arrive, depends on the country you're in. The order will be shipped to your Etsy address. Buyers are responsible for having an accurate address listed at all times.

If you want to know where your package is, you need to request the trackable shipping, otherwise I can not know with the standard shipping. This is a very busy period, be patient and you will receive your package.
Delivery for USA, can takes about 14/20 working days, for Europe 7-10
Delivery for Canada and the rest of the world can takes till one month.

All my creations are shipped from Manchester (UK) by Royal mail 2nd Class within the UK,
by International Standard Royal Mail for International destinations.
If you want insured delivery so you can track your item and get insurance please message me for costs.
