Announcement
As you may know, the USPS is currently experiencing their busiest season yet with unprecedented package volumes. While these carrier delays are causing some packages to be delayed up to several weeks, I am making sure your items are shipped as soon as possible!
For all items aside from greeting cards, magnets, keychains, bows, and wood framed prints, there may be delay in processing times causing listed times to now take up to 10-21 days due to covid-19 precautions at the printing facility. I will update tracking info on orders as soon as I receive it!
Greeting Cards, magnets, keychains, and bows are still shipping within 24 hours of ordering and wood framed prints within 3 days.
There has been a slight increase in shipping costs due to USPS raising their shipping fees in the last couple of weeks.
DONATION REQUESTS:
I receive a tremendous amount of requests for donations each week. While I appreciate and respect all of the efforts from rescues nationwide, at this time I simply cannot afford to provide donations outside of the time and resources I currently dedicate to my local community.

About Serendipitties
About SerendiPitties
First- the shop name:
By definition, Serendipitous means "occurring or discovered by chance in a happy or beneficial way." No better way could describe the day we randomly walked into our local animal shelter and adopted our first pit bull type dog, which led to our second, which led to fostering 8 more over the years for a local rescue, and then finally foster-failing our third, Hulk, on the day he was scheduled to be euthanized for space due to overcrowding...a community problem, not a shelter problem in this situation. The shelter manager and I desperately contacted every rescue we could think of and when no one came through, I drove down to North Carolina with the intention to just meet him and potentially foster through the shelter. Within a few days of bringing him home, we knew he was never leaving.
Each of those experiences were serendipitous encounters that have brought happiness and fulfillment to our family so it only made sense to use a play on words and create SerendiPitties in honor of my own rescued pit bull type dogs and all that we have fostered along the way.
Now about me:
My name is Lauren and I was born and raised in Eastern Virginia and am the wife of a submariner from Louisiana...a place that may have stolen my heart even more so than my husband did. They say you can leave New Orleans, but New Orleans never leaves you and I absolutely believe that. We have just a few more years until Navy retirement and then we will finally be able to move back "home" to the land of family, football, crawfish, and Mardi Gras.
I am a mom of 2 kiddos, 2 frenchies, and 3 rescued pibbles. As a graphic designer & digital illustrator, I am a creator of all things that make my heart happy... pitties, frenchies, opossums, NOLA, Mardi Gras, and fishing to name a few.
If you love my design style, feel free to shoot me a message if you're interested in working with me on a custom project!
