Downloadable PDF tutorials are non-refundable.

All physical items are 100% returnable for the full purchase price within 30 days of shipping date. We cannot refund postage, and you'll be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to Serendipity Jewellery by Finch.

We can't look at a refund on any missing items until at least 20 business days have passed. Please remember that our packages do not fit in most mail boxes, so check with your postal carrier if you think something has not arrived when it should have.

Once we've heard from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 14 days of your notice of cancellation of your order.

If your order is returned to us by the postal service as they were unable to deliver it, then we will be happy to ship your order again however you will have to pay the shipping costs again. Please email us for details.

The distance selling regulations are also applicable. If you are unhappy with the item, you may return it within 14 days, just contact me to let me know you are doing this. We are not liable for the return postage.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. You can pay using a credit or debit card via Paypal, which is secure and safe. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to do this. Click on the Buy Now button and follow the instructions.
Items will only be posted after payment is recieved.
If the postage and packing is less than I have calculated, I will refund the difference.

We use Royal Mail and where postage fees allow we will use a signed for service for UK deliveries.

If you are ordering fom overseas then our standard postage is not a signed for service and tracking is not available. This is generally fine for UK, Germany, US, Canada and Australia.

All items will be sent by 'Royal Mail' standard post, if you want a different option please contact me and we will discuss prices.

We ship to your Etsy address and not your PayPal address.

Delivery times depend on where you are of course.
UK - estimate 2-3 business days
Western Europe - 4-8 business days
US, Canada, Australia, S. Africa and Eastern Europe - estimate 10-15 business days

Please bear in mind that it might take a little longer during busy times (Christmas!)

The buyer is responsible for any duties and/or customs fees that may be incurred by their destination country.

Bespoke items must be paid for before I start to make them.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. -as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
