We go to great lengths in building your item, which requires a lot hard work on our behalf in making handmade furniture and decor for you. However, upon arrival if you are not 100% happy with your item we do offer a refund, but shipping cost is left up to the customer plus a 25% restocking fee. Your item is insured, so if it gets damaged during shipment, just let us know and we will file a claim to get it replaced.

PLEASE READ SHIPPING TIMES AND PRICES ON THE SHIPPING TAB UNDER LISTING. All shipping prices for USA are for the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and even Puerto Rico are subjected to their own shipping charges. Please convo for a quote.
We ship internationally- please convo for shipping quote.

New postage must be charged again to return items, which are subsequently reentered into the mail.
