REFUSE THE SHIPMENT:
Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Sereniikey. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country.

All items are handcrafted using top-grain vegetable-tanned leather.
◖COLOUR & WHITE CHALKY WAX◗
Colours Rose, Blue, Pink, Mint, Lavender &Lemon are coated with a white layer of wax that can be easily scratched, and this is particularly true for the pink, mint, lavender and lemon colours made in Italy. Wax protects the leather from deterioration prior to use. Over time, all the scratches will blend in perfectly with the colour of the rest of the item. The result will be specific to your everyday use.

I will take extreme care, but please bear in mind that scratches & marks are inevitable for ghost leather. Please understand that we do not accept returns or refunds for this reason.

A six months warranty covers our products from the day they were bought when used under normal conditions and intended. This means that we'll take care of your product for six months from the date of purchase if any damage to the material or the leather workmanship occurs. Just contact me, and I'll send you a replacement. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Sereniikey. To make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Sereniikey through our Etsy store.

Any other request for replacements that our warranty is not covered will be considered as a purchase request. We can offer discounts based on your date of purchase and other circumstances, but you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred as a result.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I'd be happy to issue you a refund once your order arrives back to us. Please note that we are not able to refund shipping charges or cover the cost of returning your order. Please make sure that return the product(s) in their ORIGINAL condition using a fully tracked and insured delivery service. Please kindly return items within 14 days of delivery. Keep in mind, items that include PERSONALIZATION are not eligible for return or exchange. SCRATCHES are inevitable; The mini-screwdriver and keyring set is complimentary GIFTS, and we do not accept refunds for these reasons. Please contact me for the return address before returning the goods.

Unfortunately, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for another item, you will have to return it for a refund, and then place a new order for the colour or design you’d prefer!
