Thank you for stopping in to Serenity Lane Designs. My name is Diane, and I'm happy to help you anyway I can.
I have been rubber stamping and paper crafting for more then 10 years and I'm so happy to be able to share my projects with you.
Payment should be made through PayPal, or using your credit card through Etsy's Direct Checkout -checks and money orders will not be accepted. Etsy gift certificates are also accepted.
NY state residents will be charged 8% sales tax.
Because I like to ship your order quickly -- cancellations are tricky - but not impossible. Items will most likely be shipped the next business day, so any cancellations should happen before 9 AM EST the morning of the next business day.
Orders are not shipped until full payment is received. Your order will be wrapped with care and shipped via USPS. Unless otherwise noted, your order will be shipped the next business day.
You will receive a tracking/delivery conformation number once your order has shipped.
Most orders are shipped First Class mail - coaster and trivets are sent Priority Mail, in a flat rate box.
Once the package leaves my hands, i can not be responsible for lost or damaged items. If you have not received your order, please let me know and i'll do what i can to help you track it down. If your item is damaged, please message me and we'll see what we can do to fix it. you may request that i add insurance to your item.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please note - all items are handmade. Because of this, no 2 items are exactly the same - that's what makes them unique.

I'm sorry, but because of the handmade nature of my items, i do not offer refunds, partial or otherwise, or exchanges.

Gift wrapping is available for a small fee - please message me prior to completing your order.
Custom orders -
I would be happy to help you with a custom order - I love to do them. Please email me, or convo me and let me know what you have in mind. I will then contact you to discuss details.
Please note -- some custom orders require a 50% non - refundable deposit (if order is canceled before shipping), or to be paid in full depending on your time frame.
Rush order may be subject to a 10% fee, and full payment before work begins.
Upon completion - the item(s) must be purchased within 3 days. Custom orders not purchased after 3 days may be listed to the public.
There are no refunds on custom ordered items. if there is a problem with the order please contact me directly within 3 days of delivery.
