So order this at least a month or so ahead of time (it has to go through customs) if you plan on gifting it. It is a tad smaller than I expected, but it is still cute being small and petite.

Care instructions
Terrarium needs minimum care and we hope that these small pieces of advice will help you in future:
If the terrarium seam lost its shine, you may carefully polish the seam with the car or furniture wax. But note that some waxes may remove the patina, therefore, we recommend first of all to try it on some small invisible section.
The seam shall be cleaned carefully not to rub away the upper patina layer. We recommend using the cotton pellet for this. Be careful cleaning the seam until they become shiny. But if you have the terrarium with the silver seams – don’t be afraid to wipe harder:) Silver is the natural color of solder with which we weld the seams, patina is not used in such seams.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We thoroughly pack our products into several layers of air bubble film and special filler and put into the thick carton box. They thoroughly protect the glass forms from any damages, connected with the transportation, therefore, you have nothing to worry about:)
If you wish to send your order as a gift, we will be glad to pack it into the gift pack, and if you wish, will attach a personal note. Please, in this case, write us the text of your note when making your order or in the private message. We will make everything possible to make your friend happy :)
Cancel order before delivery
If for any reason you want to cancel your purchase before shipping (4-10 days) we will refund you the price of the goods of commission excluding PayPal (3%) and of commission agent (9%), which will not be returned to the seller in case of cancellation.
Returned packages
For packages returned to me as "unclaimed, undeliverable, insufficient address, no such address/address unknown, or parcel refused": I am happy to re-send, but please note that postage will be charged again at the rate of the original order. Alternatively, we are happy to issue a refund for the items subtotal, less original postage. Original postage is not refundable.

If for any reason you want to return your purchase I will send you a refund through Paypal less the shipping fee and the percentage of the intermediary (12%) after i'm get the item back in the same condition it has been sent to you.
Shipping damage
I make every effort to pack your items safely and securely. If your order was damaged during shipping, please be sure to save the damaged outer carton and contents, exactly as received. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item and provide me with a photo of the damaged item/s and packaging to help facilitate and expedite an insurance claim.
If your package hasn't arrived
Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 2 month (60 days) from posting date and tracking info approves that.
I will fill in the claim about the lost on our own. While the claim is being proceed, I would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.
