This item was my first purchase from Etsy.. I wasn't sure which size to order for my Gen 2 charger and sent a message to Jason. He confirmed the larger mount would fit. It's so nice to get such a quick response!! Thank you, Jason! Shipping was quick as well. The mount is perfect, exactly what I was looking for :)

My item hasn't arrived yet. Can I request a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not accept refund requests for items in transit. Etsy uses USPS for shipping and we are completely dependant on them. Any delays they may be experiencing are outside of our control.
My item shows as delivered, but I didn't get it?
We ship every package with USPS, along with full tracking details. Once an item is shipped, the responsibility for delivery is on USPS and any queries should be directed to USPS.
