The customer service I received was very poor. While just asking when I would receive my order, I got a very rude response. I value customer service, so I do not think I will be placing another order here..
Accepted payment methods
- Money Order
~ Item will not ship until payment clears.
~Taxes are included in price of item.
~ Please pay through Pay pal with your credit or debit card.
~ Money Orders are accepted, item(s) will not ship until money order(s) clear.
~ Personal Checks are not accepted. Sorry!
I ship via USPS, but if you would like your item to arrive via FedEx, please message me prior to you completing your order so that I may make adjustments to the shipping information.
Please keep in mind that the amount that I charge for shipping includes not only postage, but also supplies like envelopes, boxes, bubble wrap and PayPal fees.
**Please make sure your Etsy and PayPal Shipping address match! I cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.**
*** If the item is a gift being shipped to a different address than your shipping address, please make note of that before you check out! Refunds and Exchanges
~If you would like to exchange or return an item:
Please note you are responsible for the shipping on a return/exchange item. If the item(s) is broken, I will refund you the shipping cost once I have received the item(s). When you are shipping something back to me, please email me the confirmation number as well as the tracking number so that I may keep track of the item to avoid the chances of it getting lost. If I do not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, I will not refund the cost of the shipping should the item be found damaged or broken.
~ If you live in the US, you have 14 days from the day the item was confirmed shipped.
~If you live outside the US, you have 30 days from the day the item was confirmed shipped.
(Please make sure to keep a record of your confirmation email with the shipping information as well as the tracking number)
