5 out of 5 starsThe item quality is very good. The seller was very helpful and responsive. In hindsight, I probably should have gone with the fabric to put around the PVC pipes, because this doesn't really work with my puppy. She is about 35lbs and when she wants to, she can sneak right past this. It's a good deterrent when she is tired and she won't bother but if she really wants to get up stairs she will sneak beneath it. I may try lowering it to ground level and see if that works.

How do I know what size gate to order?
To ensure the perfect fit, please attach a photo with your order. If we see that a different set of attachments might work better in your situation, we can talk through this. It is always better to give us more information than too little.
Custom and personalized orders
We can customize any order to fit your opening properly, but currently we are not offering custom fabrics as shipping times on fabric are delayed significantly.
How do I know which hooks are right for my opening?

Why is my finished gate smaller than the size I ordered?
The easiest way for us to accurately create each baby gate is to know the OPENING width, so that we can adjust from there based on the type of hooks you are using. For strap (hook and loop) gates, there is no size adjustment. For elastic and hook gates, we make them about 1.5 inches shorter to allow the elastics to pull the gate taut. If you DO need the exact size you are ordering, please clearly specify.
What is better for my posts, buckles or straps?
Buckles are great for older or especially sneaky kiddos who may figure out the hook and loop straps. However, you may prefer the straps if you have very smooth round posts that the buckles could slide down. The hook and loop straps are elastic AND have a rubber grippy side, which is great for really grabbing those slippery posts and staying right where you put them.
What is the maximum diameter post that the straps will wrap around?
The buckle gates can be created to fit your needs at any size if you specify. Standard size fits around approximately a 16 inch maximum post.
Hook and loop straps will fit around about a 13 inch maximum diameter post and cannot be made larger, though we can send extensions if needed.
My barrier does not work as I had hoped. Can I return it?
Please contact me first, I am happy to offer suggestions and help! If we agree that the items my be returned, there will be a 5% restock fee to cover resell or relisting.
