With everything I make I use a lot of creativity, hard work, and attention to detail. I use a variety of different fabrics and materials(new, designer, vintage, recycled/reused) when making items. Every item I make is unique and ready to ship out! (Unless it is a custome item.)

Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 7 days of receiving it. I will work on a way to make you a happy customer whether it be through a refund or exchange. No refunds can be given for shipping and handling costs though.

Due to security concerns, pdf patterns are non-returnable. Thank you!
I accept Paypal as payment.

For any items not paid within 4 days, the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted.
All items will be shipped out within 2 business days after full payment is received. If you pay on a Sunday, then the 2 business day rule will start on the following Monday. I will only ship to the address on your PayPal account, so PLEASE make sure your PayPal account address is correct. I am not responsible for any packages lost or delayed because you did not have the correct address on your PayPal account when you paid.

I will send you a conversation when your item is shipped!

All shipping costs include the full costs I pay, plus $1 in handling costs for packaging and travel. If shipping is less than what was charged (plus the $1 for handling), it WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO THE BUYER.

Any items shipped internationally, will be shipped through USPS and a customs report will be filed. I unfortunately cannot label the items as a gift. All International custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like any shipping upgrades please contact me and I will add this to your total before you pay. Upgrades include overnight shipping, priority shipping, UPS shipping, insurance, etc.

Please be aware that I do NOT include insurance in the posted shipping fees. I do recommend adding insurance. Insurance is $1.60 for purchases up to $50.00.
Additional policies and FAQs
Special custom orders are welcome! A non-refundable deposit (50% of the total item not including S&H) is required to start. This assures me that you are committed to buying the item that you have requested. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your purchase. The remainder of the balance will be due once the item is completed and pictures have been posted or emailed for your approval.

Due to the nature of creating special requests, custom orders are not returnable. These items are tailored to your specific requests, which makes them more difficult to re-sell. Thus they cannot be returned. Thanks for your understanding!
