Welcome to Sew Cute Boutique for babies and children. Becoming a grandma has encouraged me to dust off my sewing machine to create handmade items for my grandchildren and I thought I would share them with you! We accept PayPal

You do not need a Paypal account to pay this. You can pay via your credit card. Please choose Paypal as your payment method at checkout. After your order has been submitted, click “Pay Now” button, the system gives you the option to pay with your credit card.
Shipping
All "ready to ship" items are shipped via USPS Parcel Post with delivery confirmation within 48 hours of receipt of payment . Special orders are shipped approximately 14 business days after payment is received. This will depend on number orders being processed when you placed your order. You will be sent a message with your shipping tracking number when your item is shipped. If you require your item to be shipped immediately, please contact me for a quote on upgraded shipping. I use shipping bags to help defray the costs of shipping.

I cannot be responsible for shipping delays after I mail the package and I cannot be responsible for any damages or lost items caused by shipment. I will gladly insure your item and add the cost to your shipping total if you request your package be insured. Please message me if you are interested in shipping insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact me with any questions or concerns....my number one goal is customer satisfaction!
I will work hard to please you but if an agreement is reached that you must return your item, I will exchange it for same item, or credit the amount against the purchase of another item. If an agreement is reached for a refund I may refund the purchase price (minus order transaction fees & shipping fees) if the item is sent back unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs and any order transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot refund original shipping charges. We do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us.
CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE...NO REFUNDS/NO RETURNS. If adjustments are needed for your custom order the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Determining whether or not additional charges are due will depend on the adjustment.

We gladly accept custom orders. If you have a specific theme/color we will be happy to find what you are looking for and create any of our items especially for you! If you wish to have your item gift wrapped, we will be happy to accommodate you, but there will be an additional charge. Feedback is greatly appreciated!
