Payment
Credit card payments are now accepted through Etsy.

Payment made via PayPal should be made at the time of your purchase. If no payment is received within 24 hours, the sale will be canceled and the item will be re-listed for sale.
Shipping
Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

I ship using both USPS and UPS. I determine shipping based on the most reasonably cost effective rate as well as the time frame. Right now most items have been shipping via USPS First Class mail and typically have a delivery confirmation number. Shipping options are at my discretion.

If you require a special or expedited shipping method please contact me PRIOR to placing your order so that shipping costs can be adjusted if necessary. If you purchase an item and request special shipping in the notes without previously contacting me, I will need to invoice you for the overage in shipping charges. If the overage is not paid within 24 hours your package will ship via the reduced method and rate.

Please note - in order to save on shipping costs and reduce my 'footprint' I sometimes use recycled boxes. If you need your item gift wrapped or other special packaging, please let me know. I also don't use fancy packaging on the inside. If I am shipping a bag I usually pack it in craft paper, tissue paper or a plastic bag. Please do not be offended if your item arrives this way. I reuse what I can to do my part. If you require special packaging you MUST let me know.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged once they are shipped. All items are shipped with tracking and is provided to you upon shipping. If you have lost your tracking number please let me know and I will provide it to you. I do track packages until it says delivered.

For damaged items that were insured, you must send me photos of the item as well as photos of the packaging. Do not throw away the packaging. Often this is needed to file an insurance claim.

I live in a non-smoking, and dog friendly home. Items returned to me smelling of smoke cannot be resold, and the item will be returned to you and refund will not be issued.

Returns will not be accepted on personalized items or custom orders. Custom orders include items that have been embroidered.

If you would like insurance or registered mail on your purchase please include information to me either via contact or in the notes of your order and I will invoice you for the additional fees.

Returns will not be accepted. Custom items cannot be returned.

Due to the nature of digital media any instant downloads are not eligible for a refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Order Policy: Custom items are made to order and will not be created until payment is received in full unless otherwise agreed upon. If you request a reserved listing for a custom item, I will hold the listing for you for up to 5 days. Unless otherwise agreed, if the order is not placed and paid for within 5 days your reserved listing will be removed and in some cases may no longer be available for purchase.
